Actors Jung Woo-sung and Kim Hyung Gi attended the movie Witness (director Lee Han and production movie Lie Birak and the library side studio) held at the entrance of Lotte Cinema Counter in Jayang-dong, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul on the 21st.
Jung Woo-sung said, "I did not need a special resolution. I read scenario and felt warmth in Gil and Sunho, and Feeling shared by Sunho and my father. I read all of the scenarios and healed them, and I felt that way because they were the ones that could take care of the inside, which was contrary to the role I had played. "
“I wanted to cover the screen and go straight into the shoot, and I wanted to reveal the Feeling I felt while reading the screen,” he added.
The movie Witness depicts a story unfolding when a lawyer, Sun Ho, who has to prove the innocence of a possible murder suspect, meets Gil, the autistic girl who is the only witness at the scene of the incident. It is also director Lee Han's 2019 New Year's film following the films 'Wan-deuk' and 'Elegant Lie'.
Jung Woo-sung has long held his faith, but now he plays the role of Soon-ho, a civil defense lawyer who compromised with reality and decided to become a snob, and Kim Hyang Gi plays Gil, the only witness to the murder case and the only one who changed his cool, sober Sun-ho and learned how to communicate with the world.
Witness will be released on February 13.
