Well Target has now stooped low enough to use this term in, I assume, efforts to attract recession conscious shoppers to buy their overpriced clothing. The new Anna Sui for Target line isn't half bad. There are some great, flirty dresses with her signiture ethnic, hippie prints and some a lot of lace. I have to say this is one of my favorites of the designer collections but again, it is diffuclt
